The customer himself is responsible to pay all costs for a return.
We try to provide every customer with our high-quality products. Nevertheless, sometimes it is possible to receive a bad delivery and we apologise if it happens. In case of a bad delivery, please send us an email with a picture or description of the damaged item to mestrum@md-livingdesign.de. We will handle your problem then as soon as possible.

As the purpose, you should use your order number as well as your last name, so that we can allocate your transfer to an order. With the payment receipt, you will receive a conformation email.
We apologise in case we put the wrong product into your package and you received an item you did not order. In this case, please let us know by sending an email to mestrum@md-livingdesing.de. Our customer service will handle the return of the wrong products and will be responsible for the shipment of your original order.
Taxes incurred, import duties and customs duties are not taken over by MD livingdesign. More detailed information for the conditions of shipment, you can find here.
